Terry McAuliffe take note: Up in Iowa, up in Massachusetts (!), imperturbable in debate, Howard Dean’s starting to look unstoppable. Barring a horrendous gaffe by the good doctor or a resurgent Southern swing by Clark or Edwards, it’s looking to be over sooner rather than later. In fact, isn’t it nigh time for some Dem candidates to follow Bob Graham to the exit…?

Agreed, Kevin. In fact, the way the attacks have been going lately (and everyone is to blame here), the Democrats are doing Karl Rove’s job for him.
In my opinion, Kucinich, Lieberman, Moseley Braun, and Sharpton (at least) should drop out immediately. They have no chance whatsoever, and only make the “debates” drag on.
I guess, Gephardt, Clark and Edwards still have some chance in hell, but they really should consider whether their reasons for running because it seems more and more that they are being selfish. Kerry had such promise, but he spends too much time being Al Gore by trying to reinvent himself.
I would love to see a Dean/Clark or a Dean/Edwards ticket (the latter would be helpful in the southern states), but the more they keep attacking Dean, the less likely these scenarios look.
