A Tintin movie?? That’s fantastic!!! I’ve been reading the comics for ages!
On a completely irrelevant topic, I was hoping you could pass along a “Fantastic, Amazing, Beautiful Show” to your elder, younger sister. I was lucky enough to be able to see Gillian and Ethan do Swan Lake in Miami the other day and they were fabulous. It’s the first time I’ve gotten to see Gillian dance live since she did 9 pirouettes in front of me in the studio at Walnut Hill (summer 92). While I was amazed enough back then, this time the emotion and intensity of the show (especially Gillian’s black swan) brought tears to my eyes. Although I am technically an astronomer, clearly, I will always be a ballet nerd (and Tintin fan) at heart. 🙂
p.s. I’ve been checking your blog for a while – good luck finishing your dissertation…I just did and while it was a royal pain, now that it’s over I find myself actually enjoying my topic again! 🙂
Thanks, Joanna…I’ll pass along the kudos.
