While authorization for attack dog intimidation techniques implicate intelligence higher-ups in the horrors of Abu Ghraib, Bush gets legalistic to (not) explain the pro-torture policies emanating from his administration. Hmmm. I bet the White House is wishing Reagan could die every week right now.

I think this past week has been more of a reminder
of the wrongness of having Dubyah in the whitehouse. Reagan like him or not,could relax in his skin and tell a joke to a gathering of people.
Dubyah could not do this if his life depended on
it. There are legions of ten year olds with better communication skills.
