Since GitM is now larger than 500 pages, Atomz will no longer search the site for free. Can anyone out there recommend any good free search applications? Update: With help from Kestrel’s Nest, I’ve solved the problem for the time being. Thanks, Eric (and sorry about that tooth.)

I’ve got questions for you before I can offer answers. First, do you want user comments to be included in your search results? If no, but yourself a whole bunch of time by having AtomZ only look at your monthly archives and ignore the dailies/individuals. This was my solution. Second, do you only want to search through your MovableType entries? If yes, try setting up MT’s built-in search features. I’ve not tried this, as I’ve got a chunk of non-MT info, and AtomZ takes care of that. If yes to one and no to two… I’ve got nothin’.
Ok, thanks. Per your advice, I’ve used the Atomz tools to kill individual blog entry searches. It appeared to work…thanks much!
