Coming Soon acquires a slew of new images from The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. The White Witch seems fearsome enough (although I can’t say much for her battle dress.) And it looks like WETA has turned in more stunning work (although I’m a mite concerned about CGI Aslan.) Update: The full trailer is now online, and an impressive one it is.

Narn!
A number of new Chronicles of Narnia images materialize online, including several of Tilda Swinton’s White Witch, James McAvoy’s Mr. Tumnus, and Jim Broadbent’s Professor.
Your Lion Eyes.
Frodo, step aside — it’s Aslan’s turn. Disney releases the one sheet for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.
Chronic Town.
In case you missed the Kramervision version last week, the first trailer for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe is now officially online.
Witches and Warlocks.
Glimpses of fantasy in our future: Newsweek offers some new shots from The Chronicles of Narnia (including Tilda Swinton as the White Witch, at right), and ABC airs some very brief Goblet of Fire footage, with more to come next week.
Your Lion Heart.
The AICN gang get their hands on (and quickly disavow) a Kramervision look at the first Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, & the Wardrobe trailer. It’s a bit Lemony Snicket-meets-LotR, and unless you’re a fan of the books I’d skip this Shakicam boot and wait until an official version leaks…but, otherwise, this is looking pretty solid, particularly Tilda Swinton.
Season of the Witch.
It may seem like we’re on the threshold of springtime here in New York, but Narnia still suffers under the perpetual chill of the White Witch, as you can see in these impressive leaked stills from the teaser for The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe.
Apes, Aslan, & Aliens.
Courtesy of Coming Soon, Adrien and Naomi brave Skull Island in this new still from PJ’s King Kong, WETA Workshop shows off its Narnia designs in this catalog of sculpture, and Steven Spielberg unleashes the GOP’s worst nightmare — an ornery Tim Robbins brandishing a shotgun — in some recently-released images from War of the Worlds.
The Lion Tamer.
The Narnia powers-that-be have posted a second peek into the wardrobe, this one focusing on director Andrew Adamson. Not much here, frankly, but some of the WETA creature designs look really spiffy.
WETA and the Wardrobe.
In honor of BNAT (Harry’s yearly film festival), AICN obtains a sneak peak of WETA’s work on The Chronicles of Narnia thus far. I particularly dig the minotaurs.
