It’s difficult to be so worried and feel so helpless.
I sensed that Senator Obama was shaken last night. I sensed it while he was making his speech–his words didn’t have the joyful energy that should’ve been there. He seemed very worried and sad beneath the surface. Am I projecting? Or did you sense it from him too?
To be honest, Laura, I didn’t see the speech last night (I was out late), and only saw the Youtube of it after reading your comment. So, it’s hard to get a fair assessment…but I’d bet Sen. Kennedy’s condition (and the death of Hamilton Jordan) were weighing heavy on the pols and the pundits last night. I got that sense from the MSNBC crew.
